xparibet Terms and Conditions

In this document, "xparibet", "platform", "we" or "us" refers to the xparibet service provider. "User", "you" or "your" refers to any person who visits the xparibet website, registers, or uses its services. "Account" refers to the personal profile registered on the platform.

"Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games and related digital entertainment activities operated through xparibet. "Bonus" refers to any financial or other reward granted by xparibet to a user, which is always subject to specific terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, xparibet reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held in them. While different members of the same household may open separate accounts, operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

The name, mobile number, date of birth and other details provided at registration must be completely accurate and up to date. Registering with false or incomplete information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds. If any information changes, the user must notify the support team without delay.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) fully confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the xparibet support team immediately.

The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account. xparibet is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless the user can demonstrate that the incident was caused by a technical fault on the platform. xparibet protects your information through SSL encryption and other security measures.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on xparibet is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory; failure to do so may delay the funds reaching your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Withdrawal Terms

After accepting a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, depositing ৳1,000 with the 100% welcome bonus gives ৳1,000 in bonus funds, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed. If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

All bonuses and promotions on xparibet are subject to specific terms. To receive the 100% welcome bonus (up to ৳10,000), a minimum deposit of ৳300 must be made on the first deposit, and 10x wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. This bonus is not cash; it is determined based on the deposit amount.

Separate terms apply to the weekly recharge festival, slot adventure bonus, birthday gift and other promotional offers. If the terms of any promotion are unclear, it is mandatory to check with the support team. xparibet reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

If bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity is found on an account, all bonus funds and any amounts earned through them will be forfeited from that account, and the account may be permanently closed.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

xparibet reserves the right to cancel any bet in the following circumstances: technical error, display of incorrect odds, or evidence of irregularity in a match or event. The amount of a cancelled bet will be returned to the user's account. Odds displayed on the app or website are final — odds are not changed after a bet is confirmed.

6.2 Live Betting

In live betting, game conditions change rapidly. xparibet may update or suspend odds at any time based on real-time data. xparibet is not liable for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

All slots and casino games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that the outcome of each round is independent and not predictable. The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available in the relevant game description.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on xparibet and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person, or using another person's account
• Placing artificial bets or systematic abuse for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (bonus hunting)
• Attempting to access or modify the platform's software
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users
• Registering an account with false information or submitting fraudulent documents during verification
• Using automated scripts or bots to place bets or play games

xparibet's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier, calculated based on the total net loss for that week. For example, a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on a user's overall gaming activity. Cashback terms and VIP benefit details may change at any time, but users will be notified before any changes take effect. VIP membership is non-transferable under any circumstances.

Users may request account closure at any time. If there are no active bonuses at the time of closure and all conditions for withdrawal of the balance have been met, the remaining balance will be returned.

xparibet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Revised terms take effect from the date of publication. Users are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as the user's acceptance of the new terms.

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. xparibet's failure to exercise any right at a particular time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
